ABOUT US:

PCI Inc., Industrial Automation General Contracting and Implementation is a Hungarian-owned company with headquarters in Százhalombatta, Hungary. With innovative industrial automation, manufacturing automation technologies, unique in Hungary, the company is a market leader in the process control, power and plant engineering implementation.

These are the three fundamentals on which the company founders built PCI 30 years ago and now they enable us to deliver turnkey industrial objects on an EPC basis including design, authority engineering, implementation, trial test run, commissioning or to perform individual process control, power and plant engineering implementation works.

The company performs projects requiring full-range services on a general contracting basis or as individual maintenance or implementation activities.

 

With the concentration of the trades and supporting activities required for the implementation under one roof, we guarantee the project success to the clients. The range of services extends from the preparation of authority and detailed engineering documentations through acquisition of the required authority approvals to object commissioning and turnkey delivery.
As part of the general contracting services, thanks to the available financial cushion, we are able to provide clients with significantly greater security.

We attribute great importance to the success of the clients and therefore, our highly qualified and competent team details alternative opportunities and solutions to the customers regarding quality, efficiency and deadlines.

The conveniently situated 10,000 sqm premises next to the motorway M6 including 2,600 sqm offices and meeting rooms, assembly bays and prefabrication shops for manufacturing and maintenance projects and covered and closed storage facilities are suitable to deliver products and services meeting all requirements of the European market in addition to servicing the Hungarian market.

We thereby draw upon the well-equipped mechanical shops, machinery, calibrated instruments and electronic databases.

In addition to material conditions, our success is obviously based on the human resources: the mechanical, process control and electric specialists and the project management staff with extensive experience and a number of reference projects within the MOL Group are at the disposal of the clients.

Nearly 100 staff members work with strategic objects under protection of the state security forces. Owing to capacity and implementation works demands, the team is continuously developed.

Based on the decade-long experience of the staff in the fields of petrochemical industry, chemistry, construction, investment and maintenance and the performed own works, PCI undertakes project management services in the own general contracting turnkey projects as well as in the projects of other developers and operators.

 

The consciously developed project management system guarantees the delivery of most suitable solutions on a long-term basis including industrial, petrol chemistry, refinery equipment, hydrocarbon storage facilities, loading and unloading stations, transport pipelines, plant, technology and auxiliary systems, automation, power supply and other objects to the partners. We deliver turnkey solution which means the result of a reconciliation process including authority approval, planning, manufacturing, implementation, commissioning and scheduled maintenance and system operation services rather than automatic implementation of the detail plans.

 

The complex character of the company is based on the support of future clients at the implementation of projects where the knowledge of multiple industrial processes, advanced level of competence and their precious coordination are of crucial importance. The company maintains a certified quality management system covering all fields of activity and all industry-related authority testimonies, certificates and employee licenses. We offer comprehensive solutions for any arising major work processes including design, implementation, manufacturing, plant installation and the active operation of the completed system.

 

The activities are mainly performed in industrial environments as part of the general contracting, maintenance and implementation business. If required we perform complete authority engineering documentation including trade-specific plan sections and coordination meetings with the authorities.

 

The company disposes of all required preconditions, references, licenses and insurances which are together required to an operable relationship with the customers in case of both small and large projects.

 

The preparation engineers prepare tasks with full consideration of customer requirements. The project managers are qualified engineer specialists who complete properly prepared projects with the greatest of care. We apply the company’s own workforce to perform the works and subcontractors if required, they are continuously monitored using a quality management system. The processes are also improved through the quality system.
